Boss Hogg - are you the same weatherman that does the forecast for a radio station out of Skowhegan?

No. I think that's Russ Murley from the ABC affiliate in Portland. Boss Hogg is just a die-hard Sugarloafer with alot of extra time on his hands.

You're wrong..remember the 1082 figure is for the quad..the six pack is 1052 which is what I take the most to eliminate the flat at the top..But when I keep track of my vert I round it down to 1050 or 1080 for the quad and give the extra 2 feet to charity:smash:
And you know this how, studied a TOPO map, measured with a GPS, or actual instrument surveys? Just believing their marketing doesn't count. I ski there on average once or twice every few years. But when it was called Little Gap many years ago, and the eastern most trails and the lifts serving them did not exist, their vertical seemed accurate (less than the 1082). When sometime arounf when Little Gap became Blue, they somehow picked up enough elevation to make them 10 feet greater then Blue Know, and everyone else in PA. That's why it's suspicious.

When Blue mountain was Little Gap the vert of the Challenge chair was 923..then when it was lengthened it became 1052..and the quad is 1082 because it goes a tiny bit higher..I've used an Avocet and get around 1100..and google earth shows exactly 800 vert for the main street chairs and about 1080 for the quad..and I ski blue almost 100 days a season..
