+1 However, they were probably not agreed to to be nice but more than likely threatened by strikes! Where I work people get written up if they get caught doing a task that is considered union work.

I happen to agree with you. I think these unionized workers have a sweet deal on the backs of the rest of us. However, consider for a moment the one group of govt. employees who dont have a union and can't strike. They do not have a sweet deal. They dont get paid well considering what they do. Some would say they are treated disgracefully. They are our soldiers, many of whom come home from defending our liberty to personal bankruptcy. and it wasn't until veterans revolted and camped out in washington before they even got health care.

My father was a Government Employee (Immigration) and he was against unions even though they are unionized. He thought it was the biggest joke.
