It's pretty expensive for what it appears to be. Been living in the twin cities for a little over a year now and am really struggling with whether or not a trip up there is worth it.

It operates only two days per week and a few dates are sold out, so there is definitely demand at $150 per day.

I'm conflicted. On the one hand, this isn't really cat-skiing. It's traditional skiing on a small hill that uses a snowcat instead of a ski lift. On the other hand, that means that there are a lot less skiers on the hill.

Another downside is that, at least for Saturdays, you need to commit way before you have any clue as to what the conditions will be like.

I would want to hear some reports before I would commit to something like this. It would boil down to just how much of an "untracked" experience you get.

7 hours by car for you. You have no excuse to try either one (Bohemia or Voo Doo) and then report back to let us know if it is worth the 20 hour drive for us!!!!

It's gotta be better the buck hill right. If I still lived in Minneapolis I would definitely take a road trip to check it out....hell, what else is there to do ski wise in the Midwest.

Looks like nothing special, especially at "about 700'" of vert. I would road trip to Bohemia though.

We'll see. I'll be sure to post a report if I make it.
