Breaking News: Vermont travel restrictions are officially dead!

Since there is no national vaccine passport or way to prove you haven't been vaccinated then anybody can claim they have been vaccinated and visit Vermont.
you get a card once you have your second vaccination.

No or maybe. Also, as of later today there are vaccines that only require one dose.

My wife got a postcard sized piece of cardboard that says CDC and has the vaccine information on it. She got it after the first dose. It was handwritten, mostly by her. Like I said, it is not official or government regulated. I've seen others who have different cards. As of right now Vermont does not require you to produce this card or carry it.

You actually get a card with your first vaccination where they note your name, the date of the vaccination, the type of the vaccine (Moderna, Pfizer, etc) and the lot number of the vaccine given to you. You then bring the card back with you for your 2nd vaccination dose where they once again note the date, vaccine manufacturer and lot number.

A colleague of mine had the good idea of laminating his card once he had received his 2nd dose, to help keep it intact for future use if needed. I did that with mine after my 2nd dose, and keep it in my car just in case.
