Trip Report:

Wa was good today.....first run about 8:45 out at 12:15.

snow crew left about 5" of freshies from last night ungroomed left side of Challenger. Once we discovered this treat we hit it non stop for a couple of hours......fantastic skiing couldn't have been better.

Conifer ski'd great too, 10th was very scratchy, didn't see any traffic on smith.....stayed away - I know better after a hard freeze.

Hitchcock was great and Frannies was open.....the Hitchcock to Frannies was a nice change up.

Great 1/2 day!!!!!!!......word on the lift from the regulars was yesterday was not good......we lucked out again.

Thanks to the wa snowmaking crew for really delivering the goods today!

We also planned on trying out the new quad lift on the bunny hill - but the skiing was too good to take the time.

Tell ya what tho, that baby moves. The best bunny hill in SNE just got a lot better!!!!

It was firm last night for sure. They were working hard to repair it though and your report confirms they succeeded. Glad you had a great morning!

I was told by an employee that a lot of the hill was double groomed, first with powder makers and then regular grooming.

It was really good, and with some natural coming conditions are going to get fantastic!

Conditions were really good tonight. Started snowing when I got there around 6pm. Made for a slow race course, but the free skiing was great.

Was there tonight as well. conditions really improved during the last hour or so 9:00-10:00 when almost everyone had gone home and the snow really started accumulating to 1"-2" by the time they closed. tough drive home though.
