Conditions: PP, Temps around 30, Cloudy
Trip Report:
Went up to Wa for a couple hours this afternoon. Skied 12:30-3. Good weather and nice conditions the entire time with crowds up a little, but no more than a 2-3 minute wait.
Conifer: Surprisingly the least crowded trail. Had the best snow again and was nice and creamy the whole way. Lots of patrollers but they weren't really bugging people today.
10th: A little more scraped than Conifer, but still very good, espeically to the side. The bottom was very fast. This was the most crowded trail and had a lot of people side-slipping down the headwall.
Smith: Better than Thursday and a lot like 10th as far as conditions. Some scraped sections as well as a few random bumps, but it wasn't bad at all. Polar Express was full speed and a 2-3 minute line around 1, but 5-10 chairs otherwise.
Frannies: Hit the mini-park for one run. Had a barrel bonk, a box, 2 rails, a kicker, and a few steep whales at the bottom. It was good, but I didn't want to waste my life away riding that slow-ass lift. I'll probably hit the park more when Minuteman opens.
Overall, a nice Sunday afternoon which allowed usage of the silver pass. I should be up sometime this week.
