Resort or Ski Area: Wachusett Mountain, MA
Conditions: Great once again
Trip Report:
Another good night at Wawa. Windier and slightly more crowded than Wednesday, but still great conditions to be found all over the place.
10th: Icy in the middle before grooming, but mint after grooming. One of the liftline sections at the top opened up, but it's the short cut-around one and not the steep chute.
Smith: Great after grooming. I thought it actually skiied better than Wednesday, although I never went down again later on.
Hitchcock: Still just empty mounds that barely have any air left. Only used it a few times as a cut-around to the summit.
Yes, I only skiied those 3, but 10th and Smith were so good, we didn't fell like going anywhere else and I quitted a bit early. I'll be back up there Monday before heading to the MRV next weekend.
