Date(s) Skied:
1/13/11
Resort or Ski Area:
Mt Wachusett
Conditions:
Packed Powder, Scratchy Moguls
Trip Report:
I went to Wachusett today, and as expected it was a zoo because of the school groups and recent snow. I got there at 3, but on the bright side, there were quite a few moguls for Wachusett's standard. Tenth, Balance Rock, Salamander, and Hitchcock all had Moguls. Tenth was wall to wall Bumps too :-o
Liftlines were about 10-15 minutes long, but the run down was worth it, and the Singles line was moving fast. Bumps were a bit irregular, and scratchy in between, but there was usually some good lines 10-15 bumps long on the edge of most trails.
It looked like as I was leaving around 6:30 they were keeping Tenth Wall to Wall with a small Bail out line.
Keep on Rockin Wachusett
