If you've never watched ski jumping, you should make it a point to check it out. This is nearby for many of us. Harris Hill, one of the pioneer jumps in New England has been refurbished and will be hosting a USSA competition February 14-15 a the hill in Brattleboro, Vermont.

I saw the 98 meter jump today. It looks mighteee fine, loaded with snow and ready to go!

I talked to a ski bud yesterday, he says his parents loaded the station wagon up and hauled the kids down to watch at Harris when he was a kid. He said it left a really big impression on him and would strongly recommend going to watch.
