Wanted: Winter rental Woodstock, NH area

Just starting to look for a place for the 2010-2011 season. I'm already searching the typical avenues but also thought I'd throw a quick post here in case anyone has a place, or knows of place, for rent.

General criteria:
- Woodstock/Lincoln/Franconia area.
- Dog friendly (for a friendly dog)
- Sleeps 2-4 (really 2 + occasional crashers)
- WiFi

Pricing = moderate. Can't afford super-luxury but don't mind paying for clean, quiet, private, convenient, etc.
