Apparently a recent mission at Bolton Valley got them thinking about it. Jay apparently has charged two people $1,000 each for their rescues.

The law should be on the books, but leave enforcement to law enforcement discretion. $#!^ happens. True accident or negligence (including OOB). That's how it's being managed in NH. Your thoughts?
