Weekend Thread - June 3 - 5

What's going on this weekend?


Friday - 22nd wedding anniversary + couple of softball games
Saturday - yard/house stuff + dinner out with the wife
Sunday - softball games, daughter's gymnastic meet + misc yard work

Happy Anniversary!

I don't think we have much planned this weekend. Might go out to the movies on Friday if we can get someone to watch my daughter.

Taking the dog to the vet on Saturday, which will be fun, especially if I don't have a chance to stop in and grab some doggiedowners. Last vet trip required 2 docs, 4 techs, me, my wife, and 4 stitches for me.

He doesn't like going to the vet.
And weighs 120 pounds.

This weekend is dedicated to kids sports for us.
Soccer game Fri night
Soccer game Sat AM
Softball game game Sat afternoon
Coaches softball game Sat night
All Star Softball game Sunday AM
And for good measure throw in my nephew's 2nd bday party Sat between the softball games.
Maybe I can squeeze a MTB ride in somewhere.

I'm headed back out to the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum's WWII Air Show again.

This year, hopefully my car won't die the day before and I can spend 2 days walking around and hearing folks stories.

I'll bump up last year's TR.

Our dog needs to go for her annual check and shots in a few weeks. I'm a little nervous because she had a reaction to the shots last year that involved two trips to the veterinary ER (one at midnight), steroid shots and a course of prednisone. The most likely shot (Lepto) will not be done but if one of the others was the cause then...

Saturday - family over to visit, chores, going to scout activity
Sunday - son's graduation party

Saturday - yardwork then out to dinner with my wife ahead of our 14th anniversary next Tuesday
Sunday - more yardwork then I get to goto work in the PM and take care of my brothers family before a little BBQ back at my house
