Troegs Mad Elf Ale, at just about $20 for a 6-pack this would usually be out of my price range. But I picked up some sidework & all that cash was burning a hole in my pocket ;-) The Mad Elf Ale was suggested by some other craft beer enthusiasts and after sampling the Troegs Double Bock I just had to splurge on the Mad Elf. And I am glad I did, the mild cherry flavor somehow hides the fact that this bad boy clocks in at 11% 
... A sipping brew none the less.

I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Tuckerman Pale Ale. If I don't have the extra $, I enjoy a Yuengling or 2 that my brother brings up from the Philadelphia area.
