I have visited TGR before, but what i don't understand is why you would call fat skis cheater boards?

If you have never had the chance to float through the powder on a pair of +90mm waisted skis, I suggest you try. They opened my world a few seasons ago. There is a place for every ski out there, none of which are cheater boards.

I learned to ski with two popsicle sticks stuck to my feet with bandaids. Anything biger than 10 mm is cheating in my book.
Of course, this was back before my daddy got laid off down the mill, and we had to start using the alligators for skis, but we done covered all that.

Same goes for those curved skis. They take the work out of it. You don't learn the fundamentals because the skis are doing all the work for you.
