I am 5' 9.5" and 225lbs. I recently bought 160cm Supershapes with FF14 bindings. Too short? I have Recons @ 174cm and Head iRace GS @ 177cm.

It depends what you want to do on them. If you're going to stick strictly to groomers, you should be ok. Taking them into any kind of ungroomed conditions -- bumps, crud, etc. -- is going to be an adventure as you will have basically nothing to push against when you need to recover your balance.
I'd keep them, just to have something to "play with". Get too far forward or back, and you will know it. Get to the point where you can arc-to-arc on them and then go back to your other skis -- you'll feel invincible.
