I have them adjust me to a III+. I'm 6'2" 180 lbs. so that means my dins are cranked down to about 9.
(Just in case I need it my blood type is O+ - take note if you are too :) )

Wow, a doppelganger! My exact height and prime mid-season weight. And the same alpine binding DIN settings too.

What's your choice of skis and bindings?

Never mind, just noticed in another thread that your skiing Dynastars. I should have guessed.

Been using a variety of Dynastar twintips for several years now. Love 'em!

Interesting coincidence, I’m only 5’ 8”, but my oldest son is 6’2” and around 180-185 and his main ski is the Intutive 74. He loves them. If his next pair aren’t Nordica though he’s out of the will.

I'm a Type III. I love to ski groomers fast. I love to vary the terrain and I love to go into the trees when the conditions permit. I think my Din setting is either 7 or 8. Whatever it is, they don't release very easily and that is the way I like it.

I'm a type 3 i guess although I don't know about the skiing fast most of the time. The majority of the terrain that I ski on dictates that I ski slower.
