Top 2 this year.
Top 10 in my 32 years of skiing.
I look at it like this: When I'm really, really, really hungry, any food tastes great. But Great food tastes awesome. After the year long snow drought in Upstate NY, this was like Thanksgiving Dinner after two days of fasting. Top 3 days of the year for sure, and probably top ten in the last 3 years, top 20 in the last 5 years. The snow was great, the conditions were great, the mountains were 100% open, and the beer tasted awesome. What more could you want?
But for the first time I felt what its like to float on the snow. That is a feeling I will chase for the rest of my life.
You should get your butt out west then. While this was a great storm the water content of the snow was quite high and while the skiing was good imagine that much dry snow and you have Utah and Colorado. That is true floating.

Agreed. Our trip out west fell apart. Hopefully I can get out there next season.
