I haven't much the past few seasons, but I'm going to try to get out this summer. Who else golfs here? Where do you primarily play?

Can't help you out there...unless you're talking about mini golf.

Hike, ski, hike, ski some more! Snowshoe...

I've always wanted to try, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I keep trying to convince my golfing, snow hating co-workers to do some golfing in the snow with bright colored balls, but they seem to think that would be too much work. ;)

OK, I'll start this off. I shouldn't admit this in this forum, but I am much more dedicated to my golf game than I am to skiing. I have been playing since I was 12, relatively seriously since 14, and I LOVE to play. The weather's warm, the company is typically outstanding, the game is challenging, and you can do all this with a drink and a cigar in your hand. What's not to like?

I play all over New England and NY State. The Cape is wonderful, but many people feel the best course in New England is the course at Sugarloaf in ME (145 slope rating - yow!!). I have to try that someday. My home course is Juniper Hill in central Mass. My favorite color is blue.....

I am the current "commissioner" of a group of 20 idiots that goes to South Carolina (Myrtle Beach area) every year for 3 days and 4 rounds of fun, sun and golf. If anyone needs some tips on getting a group together, where to stay, where to play, etc, let me know and I'd be happy to give you some tips/ideas.

More later.......

Just pickin' on you and getting you back for Bob R (his Nashoba incident).

No, in all seriousness, my GF's gram has suggested I take up golf because someday my frail body and knees might not be able to ski...what a horrible thought!

I used to golf quite a bit. However I found the trails to be less packed and much more relaxing. I never could see the point of chasing a ball around and driving a little cart to go fetch it. I get asked to play in a charity event every year and I play just for laughs. I'm not that serious about it.

Whoooaaaa Nelly. I know it's the 21st Century and all, but let's keep it PG in here   :D

Bad joke I know...couldn't resist. Had a moment last night when we were trying to choose a trail...I said, "Guys, I'm game," and Sky looks at me and goes, "What? You're gay? What does that have to do with skiing?"

OK - so I will organize the 1st annual AZ golf tournament this year - sound good? One condition - you have to actualy go out and hit at least a couple of buckets of balls before entering......high score does not win......
