The whales on East Fall are huge. Grooming won't happen until later tonight.

It shouldn't happen at all... ;)

Actually, groom it out now and blow more on top!

Yeah . . . I wish Gore's trails looked like that . . . .

I freaking love skiing whalebacks too . . . they should leave a couple of trails like that at every mountain.

I think it was two years ago at Sunday River they left Oz like that for a couple of weeks....lots of fun.

A few years ago, prolly 04/05, there were huge whale backs all over perry merril. The gondi side was closed at Stowe but they had been blowing like mad. Then we got like an 18 inch dump and they decided at the last minute to open everything. Skiing PM was so fun! Crazy snow gun formations created massive gappers, wall rides and banked turns, as well as massive airs to flat, bomb-hole landings. Some really fun on piste skiing for sure! Like a completely random terrain park.
I'll take whales over groomed flat trail for sure.

For laying down nice Arcs..a groomed flat trail is the best..since there are no compressions..
