Chili, I was hoping you could offer up some more details on this golf/ski venture. Do you own these
two places. Are they actually for sale or your shopping for investors and looking to make an offer.
Any details would be greatly appreciated.

Maxx - this is just speculation and talk on my part. I am a former employee of both. The 2 places exist, and my guess is that the golf course probably will be for sale in the near future (1-3 years). The former ski hill has been closed for nearly 20 years, though, and would require a significant investment. The 2 facilities are under separate ownership at present.

Personally, I think the potential exists for a development at this location, but it would take a lot of dough and probably some corporate investment from a resort developer or hotel company.
