Cochran Hill is a small local hill and they are spending $400,000 for a snowmaking system. The BOD of HH said it was lack of snowmaking that eventually led to their demise. Who's paying for that?. Saying it could be like a mini-MRG is alot easier to say then actually do.

Reminds me of all the people I meet who lament how they would love to own a New England B&B.

If you've got that kind of money go for it. We'll all come over for a big housewarming!

Could have bought it last year for something like $240,000 or $260,000 with stipulation it remained open

The place is great. It does need snowmaking and 1 aerial lift would be nice.
As far as electric costs to run the snowmaking, I have the secret, just flip the meter upside down and it will spin backwards.
Now we are in business!
