I am a reformed winter-hater. As a lacrosse player (age 12 - 28, still playing) every winter/spring revolved around getting rid of the snow and allowing the fields to dry up. Especially one year at Ithaca College when we shoveled our game field...
After starting to practice Yoga, my outlook on life and glorious snow has changed drastically. Yoga has taught me that life is about strength, concentration, determination, acceptance, and balance. Skiing has helped me express this new part of my life. For me skiing allows me to see, feel, experience, and touch more of what is good in this world. My Yoga practice explains my avatar and corny signature.
