Date(s) Skied: December 29th-31st, 2007.
Resort or Ski Area: Wildcat Mountain Ski Area www.skiwildcat.com
Conditions: Best I have EVER seen in December. Woods, Bumps, Powder, Crud, everything.
Lift Lines: Never more than about 5 minutes. Less most of the time. The 31sthe snowiest day, there were no lines.
Trip Report: I'll let the pictures do the talking. I was sick the few days before so I wasn't quite skiing like myself. Didn't really have anyone to ski the woods with, so I would tell me Dad where I was going and when to expect me back, and have him meet me at the bottom.
Description below photos:
You know the day is going to be good when you read that only 55% of the terrain has been groomed.
Chute
Random skier from the lift
Some windblown and thin cover
Bumps on Wildcat pitch
Polecat View
Getting first tracks into the woods...
