Yesterday, I was talking to this guy about skiing in Italy. He lived in the Alps for 10 years. According to him you will see topless sunbathing on the snow there. Compared to the non-sense the so-called religious right deals out in websites like AlpineZone (guys who have never been in the Alps) and T-tips (Northwest Duffouses), I'll take this forum anytime. If you don't like the look on her face you can either paint a moustache on her or put a paper bag over her head.

Seems timid enough. I can't recall seeing any posts on AZ that I would classify as religous right sounding. As far as guys having never been to the ALPS, I think Trailboss has been to Zermatt several times. He sounds like a kid, and a horse's posterior trying to sound like an intellectual. One post he says, "That is a very obtuse way to answer the question".

It's just Beswift being Beswift again...don't take it seriously, nobody over at SnowJournal did. The guy has been banned here a few times and has a beef.

BTW, I've been to the Alps many times.

I'm pretty sure tirolerpeter may have an issue with the "never been to teh Alps" statement, as well.

I think that Beswift has gone through a number of usernames over there.

Just a little more ski forum drama...

Thou shalt have no boards before AlpineZone.
Thou shalt not take AlpineZone's name in vain.

Do you go to hell for messing up the Commandments?

You do, but fortunately you got them both right.

No way! That's Beswift?! I kinda missed his rants. I wouldn't have dreamed that was him. His posts were usually several paragraphs. Haha, ROFL!

These guys love to finger point, but when it comes down to truth, a handful of inexperienced boys are the source of the trouble here. They look for threads I start and stalk them. They are ignorant of the finer points of skiing and rather stupid to boot. Behind their flippant posts lies the fact that they look to me for expertise.

This has to be the funniest thing I ever read

what is wrong with this person?

Same dude Austin, See the post where someone is saying that ATskiier is SWIFTskiier? They are right, He is indeed a bunghole. I'll never forgive him for that comment he made that got him banned. I was just a young AZer when he made that comment and I almost left this forum. I think DMC still has a few popped blood vessels over that one too. :argue:

There are other boards?
actually, you may be surprised to hear that there are and many can be quite informative, entertaining, and engaging.

back to the topic at hand, i believe the poster in question was formerly known as "snowslider" or some such on AZ before getting banned. this particular poster has been banned under various handles from AZ, SJ, FTO, and EPIC as well (i believe). beswift has resurfaced under numerous aliases much to the chagrin of snow sports communities everywhere. the most insistant and tireless troll to every plauge the snow sports forum world to the best of my knowledge. the sad part is, this guy has a lot of experience and knowledge. unfortunately, it is clouded by personal attacks and idiotic posts and personal grudges for reasons beyond sane understanding. some days i actually think this guy doesn't see himself as a troll, other days it seems like all he wants to do is raise hell for no reason. suffice to say, i am glad Greg and the other Mods have this guy under control and seemingly permanently removed from AZ.

I couldn't have said it better myself, Steve. Kudos, Gentlemen. I would imagine that these type of people have little, if any, friends in 3D so they feel the need to get any attention they can, albeit negative attention, in cyberspace.

Just saw this thread today. (I have been just stopping in briefly and not looking in Misc.) Yes, I might have been in the Alps a time or two. A person like this is just sad and doubtlessly seeking attention. IMO the best thing to do is to ignore them.

AlpineZone is really part of the religious right? Oh, thank goodness, 8 out of the 10 voices in my head say this is the place to be. :flame:
