Gotta agree 100% with you! Anyone who thinks that yoga is just some whimpy, easy stretching has never tried REAL yoga! Mega work out!

Love yoga. Been doing it for close to 5 or 6 years now. I even make my HS lax kids do some at practice from time to time. The kids are at the point where they request it and want to incorporate some into pregame warm ups.:-o
