Haha I have always liked Loveland. It doesn't seem like they are getting into the how many condos and high capacity lifts can we put on a hill type of theory many of the other colorado mountains are getting into.

That's b\c they don't have the optiopn to do so (at least with condos). there's no land to develop that they own.

I agree with your inference. I’m all about the terrain, but all things being equal I’d rather ski at a mountain not surrounded by condo ghettos. One of the many things I like about skiing at Whiteface. In Co. Loveland and Abasin the same way.
