You think the kicker you built in your backyard was cool...

i live on a hill and planned on building a kicker outside my house so i could practice airs after work

your so lucky... so what tricks you gonna have ready for the next AZ gathering. Personally i think you should work on the spread eagle and a helicopter, wouldnt be as cool if you dont have a neon one piece though...

i nearly perfected the spread eagle last year. i have never been much into tricks and was only getting comfortable in the air last season, so the spreader was always an easy fall back trick to do. definitely want to work a 360 into the routine, try working a grab in there too hopefully. hopefully i want break my neck in the process ;)

I've been known to throw down the lamest looking attempt at an old school spread eagle from time to time...

I can pull off an okay back scratcher if the hit is right. Never had the balls to try a decent daffy. I'll leave the 180s and 360s to the teens...

I defiantly wanna see this  my dads friend had the awsome wounded eagle perfected, only one leg off the ground and one arm kinda in the air, prolly the most pathetic thing i have ever seen
I never tried a spread eagle for some reason, i think ill try this year...

I consider myself lucky if I manage to land without killing myself. Tricks are a looong way off.

I myself try not to let me skis get too far off the ground. I've been plenty challenged on the snow so far... ;)

speak for yourself, the biggest jump i ever went off(first jump in sugarloafs terrian park after the halfpipe), probably like a 30 footer :-? I was absolutey horrified in the air. I was flailing my arms and legs all over the place hopeing not to land, I landed it fine but would probably never go off something that big again

Just remember, you can't get hurt in the air. Therefore, the longer your in the air... hmm... maybe I'll just leave it at that.

I just started going off 20-30 ft table tops this year at Snow. It was hard the first time, but as my friend put it, you just gotta grab your sack and go.

I skipped the sack thing so I'd have both hands free for balance and I didn't get thrown off for being a perv. I don't think he meant it literally anyway. I haven't been able to do any tricks yet but we'll see.

Up until then, my air has come in the form of high speed drops, and I always found those much more comfortable and fun anyway.

Likewise. My favorite hits are trail merges or along the edge of trails where the groomers form that lip. The kickers in the terrain park are way over my head...
