I actually had a pair of DV6s circa 1993! Koflach boots too. I then replaced with 7XKs then 5SVs...my last straight skis.

I don't remember the DV6 being all that hot. Then again, I sucked at the time.

Looking to make a bench or fence out of skis? Maybe hanging them on the wall as decorations. Plenty of crafty ways to use them and not add to the scrap heap.

Picked up 2 pair of K2 Mammoth Mountain rental overstocks. I believe they are 2011 model Comanches. New in plastic, factory drilled for Marker bindings. I have 2 pair of Marker piston bindings, hopefully the holes align, no biggie if they don't. I got a pair of 181's as rock skis for myself, and a pair of 174's for my brother. I think he'll enjoy skiing on a set of pristine bases and edges instead of my old beaters.

I could've used these at Whiteface Sunday, did some minor stone grinding on my new RTM's, nothing their first shop stone grind won't remove.

They were $135 shipped for both pair. They are selling 5 pair of 181's for $125. Rock skis for life?

I just picked up a never-used pair of 2011 Head I.PEAK 78 FLR PRO skis with bindings. With shipping they were $90. I'm not expecting much out of them. At the price I paid, even if I just use them as rock skis I'll be happy.
