Why would we set the time to GMT -1 (Azores Time Zone)?
The actual time on the new server is set to EST so we have to readjust out time settings. Go to User CP -> Edit Options and set the time zone to GMT - 1:00 / DST correction off.

I thought CT is in EST. Why off by one hour?
But to get Connecticut time correct, you have to adjust to -1 from GMT. If in fact we're not counting from Eastern time, assuming the GMT labels are now Eastern labels, should the offset not be zero?That is GMT not EST. Greenwich mean time which could CT.

It doesn't matter, I set it to minus one. I have no clue what will happen in the spring.
