You know as much as I like the mountain, even if I had the capital to invest, I would want no part of it. If it was 45 minutes closer to Portland though maybe. It's got some fun terrain, but unless its blessed with a bunch of natural like this season, I'd imagine it would be hard to make a buck there.

That said, even with that kind of money, it's doubtful I'd be looking to invest any of it in owning a ski area. Worked in the business too long and while doing so, I had no time for skiing; definitely hard, hard work.
