So, I was driving home from work today, and Shinedown's Fly From the Inside came on the radio. Due to the fact that Greg used that song for the Mount Snow video, it's got a pretty strong connection to that day and that video (just watched it again, powbmps's massive 360 iron cross is, in fact, still cool.)
So got me to thinking about how different songs are linked to different memories:
Rush - Natural Science: linked to my first Rush concert, when I got there late and it was the first full song I saw them play
Stevie Wonder - Superstition: Me doing the "T-rex dance" (similar to the Thriller dance, but more repetitive, full circles, and with T-rex hands.
The Tragically Hip - Little Bones: pre-game skate at Clarkson hockey games my last year and a half there.
Weezer - Undone (The Sweater Song): a very specific instance at the University of Buffalo, waiting for a car ride with a friend.
There are others, but it's easier to listen to a song and remember, than to remember the pair off-hand.
I think it's a fairly universal phenomenom, but I was curious what other song/memory combinations are out there.
