I have a pair of Icelantic Nomads with LD12 Railflexes mounted. I have been releasing from the skis when coming to a fast stop on hard powder , spring corn(got a pretty good corn rash last spring from this one) and even powder. The bindings are set to the proper sole length. The forward was set the same as my Recons which have LD12's also. I brought them to the local shop and they backed off on the forward pressure thinking it was too much preload. I am going to bring them in for testing at the shop this fall. The Recons do not have this problem.
