Just thought you'd all get a kick out of the fact that it snowed at the house today. Only lasted about 2 minutes, but it was a mix of sleet and snow. I assumed it was typical-variety hail at first, but when I went out, some was sleet/hail-like, but some of it was snowflakes! Unbelievable. It was about 70 degrees early afternoon, then down into the 40s with snow.

Serious stoke..I'm hoping this summer is like the summer of 1816..the coolest summer for the northeast where wells froze midsummer and it snowed every month down to PA.

We need some good Volcanic eruptions for stoke!!!!

We turned the heat on in VT last night. It was in the low 50's with a pretty darn good wind. There was a freeze warning for Southern VT last night. Gotta love that on May 31/June 1.

Yeah it was breezy but anyone who lives up here in the North Country KNOWS this : If u don't like the weather wait 5 minutes it'll change :D

All this cold snap really means is, it's setting the table for a heat wave to occur . Soon we'll be talkin bout "Jeezum can u believe how damn hot it is ! "

to think we had a 100-degree day last month. I say, if it snows, open the slopes, I don't care what the month is! We gotta get it when we can!
