Indie band out of Brooklyn. I liked their album from last year, "Does You Inspire You", that has that song "Bruises" on it.

It was available for download at www.emusic.com, not sure if it still is.

They do that catchy/artsie ipod nano comercial.

And they are from Boulder Colorodo (where they formed) but some live in brooklyn. They were guests on the local NPR station a couple of days ago. Was a fun listen.
