Stopped by Mohawk Mountain on my way home from mountain biking yesterday and things are well underway on the summers big project, replacing the Deer Run Double chair. Although I'm sad to see another classic Carlevaro-Savio chair disappear, these lifts last only so long. The original Deer Run Double chair came to Mohawk in 1987 from Mount Snow and was either the Original North Face Double or possibly the original Sundance lift regardless, the lift was roughly 50 years old.

The new replacement chair is a used Poma "Alpha" style triple that has been completely overhauled and will basically follow the same footprint of the chair it is replacing. Not sure where it came from but will try and find out the details. Anyway here's a few pictures.
