Man, it's puking snow at Lake Louise.
Lindsey is having a ball doing autographs for all the tiny little racers. She's in 1st after the first DH run.

Nice to see Stacy cook at nr 2 and Jules holding her own at nr 9, even ahead of Tina Maze

Don't forget Teddy boy. He smoked 'em on the DH, with a huge 1.6 sec margin. Incredible.
That was the GS BTW. HE finished way down in the DH.

BTW, anyone Max Franz crash. He skied between the gates and his head hit the flag and was knocked out cold.

Definitely worth getting up early to watch the Ladies GS! Can you say LV?

:flag:
This woman is clearly going down in the big time record books!

I tell ya, we sure are cloistered in the US. I have never seen a woman's ski jumping competition. I can watch curling live! And what about Snooker?!! Curling goes on all winter as does Biathalon. Why should we wait for the olympics??

It's giving me another reason to live in the Eurozone!

Nice to see Leann Smith (Mt. Washington Valley ski team) take a podium place today. While LV is strong, I'd like to see a strong team continue on a great streak. Remember the days when the Swiss and Austrians used to clean up, not counting the steriod-stoked East Germans?

:snow:Wish I was in Val Gardena. Serious dumpage. One race canceled, the Men's doesn't look like it's gonna happen. Nonstop groomers and shoveler on the course. The snow looks gorgeous for free skiing. I guess I'll have to do some shopping instead :(
