Unfortunately, I couldn't get up to the NE or even the Poconos this weekend. Hopefully everyone enjoyed it and avoided crowds- I knew I was missing out but there will be a next time.
I had to get some skiing in- went into my backyard and built a jump.

Nice work. I gotta try that too.

You need any of three things: a tripod, a cameraman and you need to spin the other way.

Haha thanks. It's not difficult, but I won't lie that it's scary (even on a tiny jump like that one) when you finally aren't looking in the direction you're going. You're right about the cameraman/ tripod, I was just testing out some angles with my new helmet cam.
And for spinning in the opposite direction, id like to try it, but I spin counter clockwise when I'm on the trampoline or diving too and it may be a hard habit for me to relinquish.

My biggest reason for (confession time) never landing a 360 is that I don't look in the direction I'm going. Everything I'd read or heard says to turn your head and upper body in the direction of the spin. So far I've only done dry land spins with my ski boots.

I used to be pretty consistent at a 360 but that was a long time ago. This makes me want to try it again.

Good for going after it and I like the different angles you took :)

I've been itching to do this. The piles from the plow are about 7 feet tall so I have some incline, otherwise my backyard is flat.
