If there is a Loaf + River pass at a reasonable price, I'll get that. If not, things will get interesting.

I think I am going to try and get the College Breakout pass if its still around (Cannon, Gunstock, Sunapee). I will be a full time grad student for one semester this summer...so I will buy it then.

I had that pass last season. Good deal, especially with Cannon.

I am thinking to get Wachusett midweek pass. Coincidentally couple days ago I find out old friend of mine who live not too far from WaWa have ski club. He said price of midweek pass equals about 4--5 full day regular price.
Wachusett for me closest mountain .

If it worked out this pass will be my first season pass:spread: :snow:

bold and beutiful, sunday river (hopefully the loaf also),saddleback 10 pack @ 250 and a mad card.

i'm also considering one of those cheap colorado deals for an extended stay, but might just go back to utah and buy cheap day passes at canyon sports.

I'm waiting patiently for the Sunday River pass which, hopefully, will include Sugarloaf. I have a ceiling on pass prices though and, if the cheapest weekend package is too steep, then it's on to another mountain. I know a lot of folks are secretly wishing that the resorts will drive up the price to keep riff-raff like me out but, as much as I enjoy skiing, I also like eating, having a roof on my head and having a little something for a rainy day. So I guess I'm part of the demographic that's price sensitive.

Unbelievable as it may sound, the most reasonably priced pass for a major ski resort is Stratton or the Stratton-Okemo-Sunapee combo. Terrain and challenge may be wanting but these places can be counted on for snow in lean years, which, given climate change and other factors (the great late-season snow this year, notwithstanding) should be a consideration in pass purchases.

Right now it looks like it will be Wachusett, Cannon, and Stowe. Though that might, and probably will change before ski season.

I'm torn. Snow is the closest. I'm not a big fan of flatton, pokemo, & sunapee but sunapee is close. And pokemo's free hour would work nicely for the wife (that's about how long she usually lasts).

Hopefully I can do some work @ Magic again this year.

And still waiting on K's prices...

I stopped buying pases a few years ago. I enjoy going to different mountains. I will however most likely go for a Wildcard and Madcard.

I haven't bought a season pass East in seven or eight years and found the value, flexibility and variety offered by discount tickets through my ski club and ski council days to be out standing.

I have purchased a Colorado Pass for $360 which is a bargain even if only used for the ten days at Vail.

With a baby due in July I'm concerned about committing to a pass. I might invest in a savings card for a mountain or two and then hunt for deals.

We have baby on the way this July too :spin:

I will not be getting a pass this year, but will be renting ski at SkiBarn for my son again (~$100) and rental comes with nice envelope of savings:
* Mountain Creek – Free Jr. ticket or Free Creek Card adult $59 + additional savings
* Mt. Peter – Free Jr. Ticket $35
* Shawnee – Free Jr. Ticket $35
* Hunter – Free big lift card $49 + additional savings:beer:
* Bellayre – Free Freq Skier Card $89 + additional savings:beer:
* Platekill – Free Jr. Ticket $35
* Stratton – Free Jr. Ticket $45
* Killington – Free Jr. Ticket $45
* Bear Creek – Free Sasquatch card $49 + additional savings
* Greek Peak – Free Jr. Half Day Program

I gues we'll be hitting Belleayre more often next season :daffy:
