Given that your numbers are correct, ASC, who ran everything into the ground, spent too little. Boyne, is spending enough to catch up on defered maintainence. This is news?

Hmm, 50 HKD Rangers, 30 HKD SV10's, and 10 proprietary fan-guns (anyone have any info on those?). Sounds like a good upgrade to the system, and the matinence/upgrades to the facilities are nice as well.

I haven't seen any of the new Boyne guns, but I do have limited experience with Boynes of a 10 year or so vintage - they were very similar to SMI Highlands (precursor to the Polecat).
