BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Nah, you're not. Matter of fact you've got bigger cajones then most. You skied Tucks, and thats an accomplishment. I'm still hoping to do it. Maybe in March I'll go up with you.

As for GAPER. Best definition would be to see my face staring down some of the runs at Jackson Hole. Although it does encompass many things. The way you dress, carry you're skies, how you ski. Too me it's a BS term invented by people who think they have it all figured out and have always. I would prefer to help someone out who is in over their heads than stand there and laugh at them. One day you might be in the same situation praying for some help.

Besides the chance to help someone out, this is why we have digital cameras. It allows you to ridicule them later. The kind of gaper that I really enjoy is someone who has brand new high-end stuff but can barely can survive the blue trails (big ego + big credit card + 6 days on the mountain total). Or is that a poser?
