Legs are a little sore this morning, but not as bad as I expected since they were really burning the last 2 runs.

No day 1, 2, or 3 soreness.

However, day 4 being the third out of four days skiing, I now have soreness. Some good bumps yesterday on Skyelark.

My legs and back feel pretty good. Of course I only took 8 runs :p.

However I can't move my thumb and it is a strange shade of purple.

+1

I skied Saturday and Sunday, both short days, but good days... no huge leg or back soreness... but I took a spill on Saturday that messed my right thumb (damn good thing I'm left handed) up pretty good... from the bruising, it looks like I hyper-extended it at both the base and knuckle... not sure how I managed that, but it's feeling a little better this morning and the range of motion is increasing...

I'm actually not that bad today considering we boogied yesterday. My lower back is a bit sore...but overall, I'm doing good.

I feel fine unfortunately. Only way I would've gotten sore from what Pat's had to offer was if I crashed.

Still happy I made it out on snow though.

The only soreness I get is as the hair is getting ripped off my chins.
No lift services up here yet but there were still 20 30 skiers on the hill yesterday

I find shaving to be much less painful. Then again I only have one chin, so maybe it's different when you have multiple chins? Not quite sure what this has to do with skiing though??

3 days in thus far.....no soreness at any point. Biking to and from work daily has really helped my conditioning.

My girlfriend has been wicked sore on both of her 2 days out. She's getting her ski legs back fairly quick after the layover though. Hopefully she'll be good enough to go balls to the wall bell to bell later this week.

I don't suspect I'll get sore until some of the more hairy stuff begins to open up. Be great if I never got sore though. I'm feeling pretty dialed in right now, near mid season condition.

I agree..I shaved this morning for the first time since Wednesday and my Norelco sounded like a weedwacker..ahhhhh

on topic..my calves definitely feel like I skied yesterday..quick 18k of vert with some bumps and whales thrown in will do that..If I skied a steezier 30k+ I'd be hurtin for certain. A few seasons ago I went night skiing Friday night, skied in the morning Saturday, played 18 holes of golf Saturday afternoon, and then skied Sunday morning..on Monday I went to get a haircut and the woman there said I was walking in sideways..that's how sore I looked..and she still mentions it to this day..that was during one of my steezy streaks..

It's funny, my arms get sore before my legs. I guess I must be an agressive pole planter. Oh, maybe its because I stacked a cord of firewood after skiing my 2 hour session with the kids...
