I skied about four hours on Sunday at Mount Snow, including five or six runs down Chute. My legs felt pretty good after that. Spent another four or five hours today at Okemo on a pair of Blizzard SLR slaloms. Making 10,000 turns on each run cooked my legs far worse then Sunday's bumps did. My legs are gone right now.

My quads and calf's where a little stiff and sore this morning after yesterdays turns up at Jiminy but, the good news is after dealing with a herniated disc injury over the summer my back actually feels pretty damn good today!

Quads were sore Sunday and I was glad I hadn't planned on back-to-back days. Of course the apres ski party would have nipped that in the bud even if I had planned to head back out.

We'll see how spaghetti legs hold up tomorrow.
