Do you ever get feedback from the Hunter reps? May make for an interesting question for the challenge. I've asked this one of other areas:
Nope... Only that they know we exist and I know that their IP accesses the board...
Do you have any plans to open a forum or chat room on your website? Do you read web forums like AlpineZone.com? If so, do you ever want to reply to posts about Cranmore or other ski areas?
Perhaps we can get their feeling on huntermtn.net. Or perhaps you don't want feedback. I'm sure they're lurking if anything...
I'd rather keep it grass roots driven... I'm friends with the guy who does the Hunter Website and we NEVER talk about huntermtn.net.. Don't want to put him into any wierd positions...
Understood. Well, I believe I have enough questions in this thread to choose from. I'll select ten and pass them on to Sarah. Thanks for all the suggestions!

We're pretty "grass roots" cause we don't have any links from the official site... We do have an ugly yello van with the Huntermnt.net url on it...

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Some people wonder why Orville stares at them in the streets of Hunter, might be he wants to make an offer for the Van

1. When I visited the real estate office to learn more about the Kaatskill Mountain Club, I was told that Hunter would be building a (or possibly even 2) golf course(s). When do you expect this to happen? What other plans do you have to expand off season business? Are there any plans to offer anything like week-long "golf camps" similar to Stratton Mountain?

2. Are there plans for trail expansions? Or is there anything in store for the future to help disperse the crowded trails on the weekends?

3. The last one isn't really a question. I just wanted to say that both the Big Lift and the Triple Peaks cards are great in my opinion. I've always appreciated the efforts made to make skiing more affordable.

It appears as though the tubing will be limited to 3 runs this year. There is a huge pile of rock that was excavated from the new condo site right in the middle of everything.

One thing I'd love to see happen is have a 3 mountain season pass. Some type of collaboration between Hunter, Belleayre, and Windham would be great. Buy one pass, go to all 3 mountains all season.
