I enjoyed an amazing amount of POW at Alta today. It has been snowing since Tuesday evening, and is predicted to continue into Friday. Looks like we may hit 4 feet! A friend of mine who has been monitoring the storm called me this AM to ask if I would pick him up at the airport on Thursday. I told him: "Sure, as long as he arrives after dark." :)

Westchester County, NY and a Mountain near you!
Glad to see you're still going strong out there, Peter. I'll get my good share of fresh next season when I'm back. It was nice to make some turns with you in February. Amazing there is a 174" base now! Yeehaww! Skiing must be awesome.

I admit, I'm quite jealous, my ski season ended a week and a half ago. But, it's warm and light now in the early a.m....which is perfect weather and time for lots of pre-work bike-rides.

I'm waiting for this system to slowly roll in and potentially dump a very large amount of snow East of the divide.

Hi Marc! Yes, conditions are amazing at the moment. I think I am somewhere around day 85. Hope you get to enjoy some great conditions when you come west next season. Living here has made it possible for me experience the best skiing of my life. But then, we have The Greatest Snow On Earth! :)
