Ive got a pass there but havent checked it. Cannon and Gunstock have been good but not great. I see that Sunapee still has 26 trails open and was wondering how good they were holding up. THinking about heading up Tuesday. How they looking up there?

I was at Sunapee on Sunday. The snow was pretty warm despite the mild temps. I had my rock skis with me, but I really didn't need them -- the stuff that was open had good coverage. The base was holding up pretty well -- it wasn't slush skiing in the least (which is what I expected). There are a few easily-miss-able bare spots on some of the trails. I don't know what they're claiming for a base depth these days, but it can't possibly be more then a few inches deep. It might have gotten cold again just in time for them.
