Anyone here who did the Chamonix-Zermatt haure route ?

An old dream of mine. Finally going to do it late March. I got significant BC experience but not in Europe. If you've done it, I'd like to know about any special advice you might have. Thanks !

Have some friends that did it on tele skis.. most do it on AT gear apparently..
They had fun.. I don't think you need to worry that much with guides..
