The theft was reported at about 9:30 p.m. by resort employees who said someone entered the guest services area of the resort, displayed an automatic handgun and demanded money, police said.
The suspect left with a bag containing a small amount of cash and was last seen leaving the area on foot. He is described as a light-skinned black male, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a birthmark on his cheek. He was wearing a black jacket with a light-colored hood.

No, no he didnt.

Possible defense: "You Honor, I'm just a poor disgruntled season pass holder getting a refund for the lack of snow and minimal trail count!"

The news coming out of that place just gets better all the time. Heard it was pure chaos there over the holidays. Still waiting for the first case of cancer detected from the power lines that run right through the place. Not in the habit of trashing ski areas but there are reasons I will never set foot (or ski) there again.

They probably meant semi-automatic pistol and he's clearly pissed he hasn't gotten his money's worth when he bought his season pass.

being from nj and started out at the creek i couldn't agree more. They are all about money and it shows. I wouldn't ski there with a free lift ticket
