Giant resort, destroying the Northern Forest, funded by Wall Street Banks, overrun with flatlanders...Sounds right up your alley
Maybe they’ll even have a dispo and bar there

Been up there much? The extensive logging in the North Country does a pretty good job on it's own. Far more than ski trail construction.

The politicians up there have nothing to lose. Just dangle jobs. Buyers will appear when the project has an actual offering of value. It is really at the end of the earth from a travel perspective.
Two hours and 39 minute drive from downtown Montreal, less for the large population south of the St. Lawrence.

ON the way home from Sugarbush we stopped in Salem to go to the Market Basket in that Tuscan Village developement place. My god that Guy who ownes that realestate is going nuts building housing and all kinds of commercial buildings. There are many more MA plates vs NH plates. We are already there and expanding north by the day. Once we have taken over we will create a youth organization to search out and eleiminate people like Granite Zero.

This post has political views in it and is divisive, NH vs MA and has nothing to do with skiing. This type of post is not allowed on Alpine Zone.

No it's not a political view. It's me thinking you are regionalistic boob.
I don't take issue with most peoples political views. I take issue with people that generalize and stereotype people from areas of this country. We are all american people and as such we are the same. It's your general stereotyping of pople that I find offensive.
