Bristol Mountain is almost completely open at night. All but one trail, I believe.

You came all the way out here and skied Kelly Canyon? Cool hill dont get me wrong, but Ive just never heard of that kind of ski trip. Family in the area?

That was just night skiing after a day at Grand Targhee. We did a big loop from JH to Sun Valley which incuded a bunch of big and small places. Great trip, I love the smaller places out there, big places were fun too.

On a side note, United needs to get their act togther in that airport of yours. We were in line to drop off luggage 1.5 hours before our flight and would have missed it if they didn't start pulling Newark people out of the line. I spoke to a number of people who did miss their flights. That's part of the problem, when those folks get to the front they spend 20 minutes being rebooked. I gotta think a baggage drop only line would speed things up a bit. Probably took us under 2 minutes when we finally did get to the desk.

JH Airport has to deal with alot of stuff they cant control. Flights get delayed, only certain pilots have the training to fly in and out, etc. All it takes is one late flight and the airport hits trouble. Most of the time that place is a ghosttown. (I usually show up 30 minutes before the flight departs, as long as Im not checking a bag).

They are asking for upwards of 5 million to redo the baggage systems and layout, which may or may not come to fruition considering they just spent 30 million redoing the whole building (more stuctural than ops).

Sounds like an awesome trip though! Still havent made it to Sun Valley yet but hopefully a long weekend in March.

Best I ever did was MT St. Anne. Good Challenge and quite of a bit of terrrain and you got to keep warm in the Gondola and look at the St lawrence River and lights from Quebec.
