Planning on Smuggs tomorrow but if wind holds are an issue I'm going to audible to Bolton. Never been...heard they have lots of good glades. Anyone have info? Never see it talked about much here.

Bolton Is a great place. Timberline has some good glades and should be running. During the week though not sure if they run Wilderness but that area is fun with some easier glades.

Madonna on windhold at Smuggs and Vista on windhold at Bolton. And Stowe has the most useless snow report on the face of the Earth...has Fourrunner and Over Easy open and everything else closed. That can't be the case can it?

at 7:45 am those are the only two chairs open. their report leaves a lot to be desired but i'm guessing you were reading what was open as of the time of the report.

Ended up at Stowe...turns out Fourrunner is all I would've needed anyway because I don't plan on leaving it. No wind on this side and the woods are A+ right now.

Yes Stowe snow report is poor. Only shows what is open at that time, so at 7:25 everything marked closed. No commentary on expectations/warnings etc. I have heard the report on the Epic App is better, so I guess they want people on the app.

I’ve probably only been to Stowe 4 times ever. Their general (could care less if you’re here or not)attitude towards customers is a turnoff for me. The snow report is indicative of that attitude.

Their snow report was pretty good pre-Vail.

Looks like Madonna never opened today. Might be 10"+ of untouched snow tomorrow unless it all blew away. Hope it opens.

Stowe was amazing today. Regardless of bad snow reports and Vail, once you're on the mountain it's just you and the snow.
